8. Intellectual Property
- All materials created by DigitalNoid remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for deliverables.
- We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Clients must not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of proprietary systems or internal frameworks.
9. Third-Party Platforms

11. Limitation of Liability
