Because work begins immediately after onboarding and resources are allocated to your project:

3. Minimum Agreement Commitment
All marketing plans require a minimum 3-month commitment.
Digital marketing requires strategy development, testing, optimization, and performance tracking. Early cancellation disrupts the process and prevents meaningful results.
Therefore:
- Plans cannot be canceled during the minimum 3-month period.
- Payments made during this period are non-refundable.
4. Unlimited Revisions Policy
Although refunds are not available, we provide:
Unlimited revisions within the scope of your selected plan.
This means:
- We will continue optimizing campaigns.
- We will adjust strategies when necessary.
- We will refine creatives and ad copy.
- We will improve SEO elements as part of the plan.
Revisions do not include adding new services outside the purchased package.
5. Client Responsibilities
Refunds will not be issued due to:
- Lack of communication from the client
- Delayed approvals
- Failure to provide required access
- Platform account suspensions due to policy violations
- Unrealistic expectations of immediate results
Clients are responsible for timely collaboration and cooperation.
6. Advertising Budget Disclaimer
Advertising spend paid directly to platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is:
- Separate from our service fees
- Non-refundable by DigitalNoid
- Governed by the respective platform’s refund policy
We do not control third-party ad platform refund decisions.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where DigitalNoid is unable to deliver services due to internal operational reasons, we may, at our sole discretion, provide:
- Service credit
- Plan extension
- Alternative solution
However, monetary refunds are not guaranteed.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid grounds may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Legal recovery action
- Permanent termination of client relationship
We encourage clients to contact our support team to resolve concerns before initiating disputes.
